REACTOR Design is a multidisciplinary design studio that excels in crafting authentic brands that catch fire and create a lasting impression. Based in the heart of creativity in the Crossroads Arts District of Kansas City, we help our clients turn the best of who they are into meaningful brands people want to rally around. WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • A person who aligns with our values as a design studio: innovation, high-standards, self-motivation, and a no-ego approach to collaboration

  • A radiant designer with a truly diverse branding and design portfolio, stating the client’s problem and your design solutions

  • A brilliant personality who can communicate effectively with clients and coworkers

  • Ability to design and strategize across all print and digital mediums

  • An exceptional attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining relationships with our clients and internal team

  • A proven capacity to efficiently organize and oversee projects from inception to completion, managing deadlines, scope and budget

QUALIFICATIONS

  • College degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field with 1-3ish years of relevant experience, or an equivalent blend of education and practical expertise

  • Based out of our Kansas City, MO office with a hybrid work schedule

  • Must love tacos
